Ok, we will turn these options off for Xenial 4.4 and bring s390x in

No drivers available.
I followed Patrik Jacobssons installation
(https://github.com/patjak/bcwc_pcie). It works fine (with a glitch in
color decoding related to Gstreamer on my machine).
It would be nice if th
tail -f works because it checks the file every sleep-interval seconds (defaults
to 1 second).
tail -f -s 10 /var/log/syslog gives a burst of new lines every 10 seconds.
With this test I see 10-seconds bursts with linux 4.10.0 and 4.13.0
indicating this bug isn't fixed.

My understanding is that "16.04.3" doesn't imply the 4.10 kernel.
Rather, both the 4.4 kernel series and the HWE kernel series (which
would correspond to 4.10 in 16.04.3) are valid for 16.04.x.
