I have the same issue on the Razer Blade 2017 - the kernel log is
flooded with messages.
Disabling PCIe Active State Power Management helps:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet button.lid_init_state=open
pcie_aspm=off"
Tested that on 4.11.0-041100rc8-generic.
