I was too lazy to check bad commit and my netbook is slow as hell to
compile anything, but I've tried the intel-drm-nightly kernel branch and

I am on a Sony VAIO svf43142sn. My laptop has the ability to leave a USB
port powered on even after shutdown to charge other devices. The value
of /sys/devices/platform/sony-laptop/usb_charge is 1, but the USB port
is not powered on. Also when I tried toggling it to 0 it reset
I was able to narrow down the exact kernel version that caused the
crash: it is Ubuntu-3.2.0-32.51. So, something changed between 3.2.0-31
and 3.2.0-32 that caused the crash.
