There was a power outage overnight and my system automatically suspended
due to low battery, upon resume I received this crash notification.

I have the same thing happening in my T440s running Kubuntu 13.10, is
there anything I can provide for you that can help solving this? I've
installed the version 3.10.27-031027-generic of the kernel and it behave
better for a couple hours, now its doing the same thing bringing down
the hci0 device,
