I've figured that out. E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/console_setup failed with return 2. This script failed during update-initrams because it is callind /etc/init.d/console-cyrillic, which was modified by me and failed. These failures prevented new initrd being built. Not a bug, just me. -
