Note that in the failed kernel tests it boots to a low graphics option
screen (after the radeon error in my prev post) and then a terminal is

I've submitted an SRU patch that outputs a clearer message. In the
meantime, rather then installing the ABI dependent package directly, you
should install the meta-package linux-tools-lts-quantal, e.g.,
sudo apt-get install linux-tools-lts-quantal

Thanks for finding that. That config option is disabled in the mainline
config, so I'll now build the test kernels with a Saucy tree.
I built the first test kernel again, up to the following commit:

Thanks for the update. I would have expected that kernel to have the
bug, since it includes all of the commits added in 3.2.0-56. Can you
