issue was also introduced in a 3.8 stable update, so lets try bisecting
in that tree. You confirmed 3.8.0-27 has the but, and it is based off

the issue is still present. I don't see the point of testing it with
3.12 rc7 since there hasn't been any activity upstream since the last 6
