Confirmed that on a Thinkpad X260 with 5.15.0-46 suspend works fine.
Thanks

I am also affected by this issue. Thinkpad X260 / Ubuntu 22.04. Previous
versions were working fine. On 22.04, kernel 5.13 did not have the issue
but the Wifi was not working.
Is there anything I could do to help diagnose the issue?

Adding more hardware: I have the same problem with a Thinkpad T460s on 22.04.
Ubuntu 21.10 worked fine.

I've also tested more recent versions than 5.15 from the mainline PPA
(5.16 and 5.17), they all fail to resume.

On my laptop
5.13 -> always suspends/resume correctly (battery and power)
5.15 -> always fails to resume (battery and power)
fwupdate doesn't report any update available.

We were trying to debug this issues with sparkiegeek too, and we have
had inconclusive test results. Where the same kernel with/without power
attached behaved differently and did/didn't come back from suspend.
When testing v5.13 kernel on jammy, could you please confirm that
suspend/resume works
I tested by installing the kernel from impish (linux-
image-5.13.0-40-generic) on jammy, suspend works correctly with that
one.

All of the modes are working except 'none'.
dmesg has these hash matches lines:
[ 11.920467] PM: Magic number: 1:0:0
[ 11.920512] memory memory48: hash matches
Saw a few lines online that this might be bios related, updated from
1.21
Also, probably related, after the system has entered standby (the power
led pulsates slowly), the fan keeps running for a while. I've never seen
this behavior before with previous releases.
