Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Bug reports are not intended for support. Yes Ubuntu 18.04 LTS has the option to use 18.10/19.04/19.10/20.04 kernels through use of enabling the HWE kernels (hardware enablement stack kernel), where current 5.0 >
