@hamdi-ali-1982, it's in the eoan-proposed, so probably you need to do:
$ echo "deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ eoan-proposed main restricted
universe" |\
sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/eoan-proposed.list
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt install linux-image-unsigned-5.0.0-1013-oem
I don't find any update for the kernel in the official repository of Ubuntu
Disco
Do you recommend to upgrade the kernel to 5.0.0-1013-14 by downloading the
deb files ? is there a simpler way ? (I've never done a kernel upgrade, I
want to do it with cautions)
Thanks for your help

Title
Looks like a duplicate to bug 1835150. Please try linux-oem-osp1 version
5.0.0-1013.14 from eoan-proposed, which should have included the fix.
