Note that a few patches were referring to
arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeature.h , however, looking at the code it
appears the patches really should be applied to
arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h instead (has an extra 's' - plural).
Those patches basically had to be manually done.
