Kernel 4.13.0.31.33 still has this issue.

I had this on the kernels from Ubuntu 17.10 Beta onward. After a fresh
install the issue still persisted.
As this is my production machine (and I lost enough time with the beta
on it) I have to plan a slot for testing the upstream kernel.
