There is a patch that may fix this issue without a revert. I built a
test kernel with this patch. It can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1626894/PATCHED/
Can you test this kernel and see if it resolves this bug? You will need
to install both the linux-image and linux
And the kernel from

The screen shot you attached is similar to the trace in bug 1626894. We
identified the offending commit in that bug. Can you test the following
kernel to see if its the same issue you are having? The test kernel can
be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1626894/30d6592-reve
I'd like to perform a kernel bisect to figure out which commit caused
this regression. We need to identify the earliest kernel that did not
exhibit the bug and the first kernel that did exhibit the bug.
