In another bug someone rote that to delete entries Bluetooth must be on.
Maybe it must also be connected to smth, unfortunately I cant try this
right now as I had to hard reset my phone...

I have exact the same bug. Some time ago I tried to connect to a Galaxy
S6 and aborted the paring. Now the S6 is always in the list and can't be
removed.
