Taking a closer look:

Attached is the dmesg output for 3.13.0-12 and mainline 3.14-rc4.
In both cases the system suspends the first time after boot, but
subsequent suspends fail.
The mainline kernel doesn't contain the i915 backtrace, so perhaps this
is unrelated?
