errors during the network card initialization.
I tried with the proposed linux-image-generic and while it fixes some UBSAN
errors, this ones are sti
This happened to me when I upgraded from 20.04 to 22.04
I have had to do this manually as I don't think any of the command lines are
correct above. I actually lost my graphic interface in the process.
So at black screen I started a new TTY (Ctr alt F2)
I have gone to the folder
/var/lib/dpkg
I cop
I am also affected by this issue. Thinkpad X260 / Ubuntu 22.04. Previous
versions were working fine. On 22.04, kernel 5.13 did not have the issue
but the Wifi was not working.
Is there anything I could do to help diagnose the issue?

The current ubuntu-trusty/master branch which is at a414b09 (tag:
Ubuntu-3.13.0-79.123) contains a coherence bug in the format of the DMI
version. I suspect this bug to be present in other kernel versions and
ubuntu releases. See the attached patch for description.

Just to add a note, I did notice that the GLX failure did not occur with this
new kernel (but it does occur in my dmesg for a slightly earlier kernel).
This new kernel may have possibly fixed the main issue but it seems to have
introduced an extra instability.

Hi,
I tried 3.19.0-30-generic from vivid-proposed but the issue is worse
for me. I encounter graphics glitches right at startup, without having
to suspend.
However, this glitch seems different from the previous glitch. When I
took a screen capture, the image actually looked fine. I had to take
