Occasionally, the touchpad freezes. Following message is printed in
Adaptec/Microsemi support recommends to replace the RAID card for ubuntu
18.04..

Unfortunately, this card has no drivers for Ubunto 18.

Hello, we have the very same problem after upgrading to ubuntu 18.04 .
Server is not booting anymore, hanging on:

I switched my 3 Supermicro X9SCL/X9SCM servers to
3.19.0-031900rc6-generic and the issue is repeating again under heavy
I/O (during backups on DRBD-backed xen guests). The issue happens on all
the servers.
