Noise before log
Today, I have updated to version 5.13.0-28. The issue is still present.
I cannot boot, I see just noise on the screen after the kubuntu logo and
before the login screen.

Exactly the same image, however before the login screen after a reboot.
Both available version of the kernel are affected: 5.13.0-23 and 5.13.0-25.
Works fine with 5.11.0-46

After updating kernel to 5.13, when I boot my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad
Gaming 3 with AMD Ryzen 7 4th. gen), I see only noise before the login
screen. If I choose 5.11 kernel everything works fine.

My case is different indeed. But in a sense it may be caused by other error.
I've made integrity check of the USB stick with a system - and it showed an
error in one file.
After rewriting the system on a USD everything became fine.

When the screen resolution is set to 1920x1080, virtual terminals appear
shrunk in the middle of the screen and flicker heavily. This effectively
renders then unusable. If the resolution is set to the native 2560x1440,
they work fine.
