I have pulled in the 2.2.7 source package from plucky
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zfs-linux/2.2.7-2ubuntu1) built it
for noble and I am now running it. It will probably take a few days to
see if it did fix the bug.

Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS and a fully updated Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, both are
using kernel 6.8.0-48.48. Downgrading to 6.8.0-31.31 works around the
shutdown hang.
"Shutdown hang" here is defined as if the laptop is completely off.

I have a similar issue with my Logitech Brio. Used with Google Meet I
can usually get through one meeting after which the webcam hangs and the
camera light stays on, even through a reboot. A combination of
unplugging, rebooting and replugging seems to be necessary to recover
it.

I've replaced the keyboard and I'm not experiencing the issue on the USB
port as I did with the old keyboard (only tested on the 5.0.0-25 hwe

The old keyboard (Logitech) didn't appear to have any noticeable issues

I have this problem on 18.04.3 after upgrading to the 5.0.0 hwe kernel
(5.0.0-25-generic). Reproducible by letting the device go into power
save and then waking it up by running pavucontrol.

I unplugged everything and tested suspend/resume on 5.0.0-25-generic
which now works. Tested suspend/resume after each device was re

Older kernels have sadly been purged before I became aware of this. If I
can get older kernel packages I'm willing to try to find the last
version that worked.
Right now I'm using linux-image-generic-hwe-18.04 (= 5.0.0.23.80) and
have the same issue.
Oddly, if I enable pm_trace (echo 1 > /sys/pow
