I'm unable to run apport-collect 1842854 because the system is
unresponsive - it freezes during boot.

With kernel 4.15.0-60-generic Ubuntu does not boot. With kernel
4.15.0-20-generic it does boot. That is all I know. Asus E402M laptop.
