Tried both 390 and 396 versions of nvidia-driver, both fail suspend
resume. Tried Nouveau and resume works.
So suspend resume worked on nvidia-390 w/ kernel 4.15.0-20, possibly not
but probably with -22...

Fresh/clean install of 18.04 resulted in hibernation working (after it
being broken on an upgrade install). Now after rebooting after recent
