I would like to report that Bluetooth is working out of the box on:
$ cat /etc/lsb-release; uname -a
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=15.10
DISTRIB_CODENAME=wily
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch)"
Linux ubuntu 4.2.0-7-generic #7-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep 1 16:43:10 UTC 2015 x
I would like to add that the Bluetooth is not reliable on Ubuntu
14.04.2. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not work. Basically it
fails to scan, although, android phone detects it.

I installed Kernel/LTS Enablement Stack on Ubuntu 14.04 and it is
working on kernel 3.16.0-36 on Ubuntu 14.04. Is it necessary to bisect
between kernel 3.13 to 3.16?
