Luckily, I still have kernel 4.10.0-19.21 from U17.04 available and it
works ok with it in U17.10, which could suggest it is a kernel issue
rather the user-space one.
Let me know if you need additional info or testing other kernel
versions. I can live with 4.10.0-19.21 for now, but I'd rather have

Btw, if I use an external Bluetooth USD dongle, it still works when I
connect to Wifi.
