Now that the kernel is fixed, we can see a different error:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I./linux/x86_64 -I../../src/linux/x86_64
-I./linux/generic -I../../src/linux/generic -I. -I../../src -DIN_STRACE=1
-Wdate-time -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -Wall -Wextra -Wno-missing-field-initializers
-Wno-unused-p
This is fine from Release Team's perspective, so FFe granted, but still
needs Kernel Team to incorporate the changes.

FTBFS: hwloc-contrib 1.9-1 build-de
Updated debdiff attached with the following changes:
Merge debian/copyright from 343.22-1 in Debian experimental, add Ubuntu
contributors, update copyright years.
Remove debian/dirs which was renamed to debian/nvidia-settings.dirs in the
previous debdiff.
Remove extra empty and commented out line
I'll attach an updated debdiff soon including a merge of
debian/copyright from the Debian packaging.

I had a go at merging the changes from 343.22-1 in Debian experimental.
The result is available in my PPA:

and the debdiff is attached. The armhf build runs fine on an NVIDIA Jetson TK1
board.

Yes, I see the problem.
To fix this for AMD, we would first need to get fglrx-installer fixed in Saucy,
then back port that for Precise.
For Intel I think we would need to backport the beignet package, and it would
be good if ocl-icd could be backported as well.
Ask someone in #ubuntu-bugs on I
@arvindsraj: what is that you want backported to 12.04?
pyopencl in 12.04 does not depend on opencl-icd
