Since booting in 6.5.0-25-generic some kworker thread were stuck. This
problem with iwlwifi was new. Booting back in 6.5.0-21-generic solved
the problem.
This was a suspicious new error:

Very often the touchpad freezes without dmesg message.
But each time it freezes the CPU does to 100% for the process irq/125-ELAN260.
Suspending and resuming the laptop increases the probability of the bug.
After a fresh restart, the bug does not occurs immediately. Maybe after one
hour.

Forget about my previous post (edit #31). I tried it with generic and
with a previous (3.16) kernel. In both cases, ncsvc still failed at
negotiating the tunnel although the authentication goes through just
fine and the connection applet shows up.
Kernel 3.19.0-18.18 is likely ok, both lowlatency

Also affected by those new kernels (3.13.0-48 and 49)
Usb disks listed with lsusb but no automount or manual mount available.
Back to kernel 46 and update-grub after deleting 48 and 49 to boot
directly on working kernel.
