I installed
linux-image-4.17.0-041700rc1-generic_4.17.0-041700rc1.201804152230_amd64.deb
but the problem is the same.

sudo apt install pm-tools
sudo update-initramfs -u -k $(uname -r)
sudo pm-hibernate
