Reproduction steps:
1) start a wireguard connection,
2) proceed with shutting down the computer,

It is not possible (to upstream the driver). The driver itself is
proprietary with the exception of the wrapper kernel module part.

second CPU core.
I believe this started after the AMD microcode update against Spectre/Meltdown
mitigations.
