Ubuntu Focal HWE uses 5.11 which is not an Upstream stable kernel I

There is no log to add as if the kernel is missing the vm86() syscall,
i.e. it is not compiled in, dosemu falls back automatically to the much
slower CPU emulation mode, rather than using the processor itself.
