Hi,
While trying to install Ubuntu 19.04 on Hyper-V (using this image
http://releases.ubuntu.com/19.04/ubuntu-19.04-live-server-amd64.iso), I
found out that the installation hanged and went to terminal. No data was
written to the VHDx file.
Tried multiple variations:
- Wind
The test kernel is reaching 52K IOPS as expected.

In Azure, FIO 4k tests are showing performance drops on latest proposed 4.15.0
linux-azure kernels - from 52K IOPS to ~38K IOPS (max value reached on both
sequential and random read tests).
The setup used is 12 disks in RAID0.
The affected kernels are:
Ubuntu 14.04 + 4.15.0-

It also works as expected on Wily with 4.2.0-32-generic kernel.

I tested the kernel from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1400319/ on
Ubuntu 15.04 32bit and the problem still exists.
After installing the test kernel, kdump is running but doesn't update kexec:
root@ubuntu:~# /etc/init.d/kdump-tools status

I installed the kernel from

12.04 x64 vm on Hyper-V. After installing, the vm won't boot ( NULL
pointer dereference ).
