Guess the same problem here.
Hypervisor: Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 10
Guest: Gen2 Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS fresh install
With any kernel from 4.4.0-21 to 4.4.0-66 everything works fine. Update
to 4.4.0-67 - 72 and machines crash with out-of-memory if I make
SAVE/RESTORE VM or live migrate it.
Same for me with Microsoft Sculpt Comfort mouse on different machines
with Ubuntu 16.04/10. Mouse keeps disconnecting every few minutes and
then after about 20 seconds reconnects again. No visible issue in logs,
just formal info about reconnection.
