[Impact]
The Chicony Electronics HP 5MP Camera (USB ID 04F2:B82C) reports a HID
sensor interface that is not actually implemented. Attempting to access
this non-functional sensor via iio_info causes system hangs as runtime PM
tries to wake up an unresponsive sensor.

enough for enabling the device.

As requested, I ran the apport command on the impacted machine running
the kernel which still works with the USB device. I can run it also with
the 5.4.0-169 kernel which brings the bug if you prefer.
