I have the same problem. The system freeze with the 6.5.0-25 kernel and
intel BE200 but it is OK with 6.5.0-21 kernel.
I have an other issue with Wifi 7 MLO. It doesn't work at all !

I did not have the chance to see the logs but I can confirm that 6.8.0-11 is
extremely unstable.
It randomly but surely hangs under load.
It usually hangs at the beginning of default Ubuntu 24.04 ISO install on both
KVM and Virtual box.
