Turns out the issue is due to having Wake-on-Lan enabled (WoL) and USB.
This can be fixed by appending "xhci_hcd.quirks=270336" to the kernel
command line.

The mentioned patches fix the issue for Polaris and Tonga, but other AMD
GPUs are also affected. I have a Radeon Vega 64 and here is a summary of
the UBSAN errors I see:
