The bisect route would be standard debian packages. You would just wget
the packages, dpkg -i them, reboot into it, suspend, resume, remove
kernel, and report back with the result. Then I would build you the next

freezes
Very similar issue over here. I can logon to X11 and run 4k at 60 Hz
without issue. However, when I logon to Wayland and run 4k at 60 Hz all
audio and video plays back at 2x-3x speed (YouTube, VLC, mp3, etc). I

"Solving freezes during the boot sequence" that sounds similar this problem.
Even though I have an AMD video board instead of NVIDIA, I tried the listed
fixes to no avail. I gave up and went back to vmlinuz-5.15.0-84-generi

provided on a image that that only contains the fix "tick/common: Align
tick period during sched_timer setup" on top of what's in 164 to
"double" confirm.
The version from -proposed will land in -updates in 2 weeks.
