Also I can confirm the bug on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS and Kernel
5.4.0-135-generic x86_64. In my experience I have seen it mostly
happening on standby/hibernation resume. Also powering off and switching
on the laptop again does not always help, better is it to disconnect the
plug.
