Please try with the EnableBrightnessControl =1 as kernel parameter or add it in
xorg.conf file.
You can add it in device section as shown below -
Section "Device"
Identifier "Device0"
Driver "nvidia"
VendorName "NVIDIA Corporation"
BoardName "NVIDIA RTX A3000 Laptop GPU"
I tested this kernel found no change at all. Still left/right channel
are merged into both for headphones and microphone is not detected after
a shutdown/power up or reboot.

I installed the ubuntu hirsute on a Dell machine which enabled sof audio
driver and enanbled -proposed ppa, installed the pulseaudio
1:14.2-1ubuntu1.2 and alsa-ucm-conf 1.2.4-2ubuntu1.4. now the speaker
and headphone has separate volume from gnome-sound-setting, this
verified the pulseaudio's SRU.

recovery also worked for me, though be warned that you will need to take
careful steps with secureboot to enrol the MOK that this generates for
you.

I recently upgraded to 21.10 to give it a spin.
Till now the cdc_acm kernel module was included, however this is not the case
for 5.13. An equivalent amd64 5.13 kernel does.

With the increase in power limit by 2W from the thermal tables results
in increase power for CPU driving to higher frequency may be saturating
GPU.
It will take some time to come up with some algorithm. May be part of
