My laptop used to be able to suspend and resume fine, on 20.04 and
earlier.
I recently upgraded to 20.10, and noticed that it was failing to resume,
but I didn't look into it much because I also noticed that I could
upgrade to 21.04. Same issue.
I ran journalctl -b -l -k
I added a quirk for libinput to fix this issue, until the fix is merged

Just to keep this alive, I'm running 5.13.1 and so far it seems to be working.
