Hi Daniel,
I found workaround.
Discrete graphics in BIOS didn't have impact in my case.
I didn't work with built-in (Intel) only graphics.
Needed "nvidia" or "on-demand" (ex: /usr/bin/prime-select on-demand)
Disabling Secure Boot was required to make it work.
Thank you,

after testing the feature we see that some devlink functionality is missing in
our driver and we must add them before adding the ROCE feature.
This missing functionality is the implementation of devlink reload and
it was introduced upstream by the following two patches:

Since we can't use bugzilla for USB bugs, let's use Launchpad so we can
attach dmesg :)

With Ubuntu Server 20.04 a new installer (called "subiquity") was introduced.
And subiquity is a bit different compared to d-i.
For the transition phase we still have one (last) 20.04 GA image with d-i,
available here (but already marked as legacy):
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-legacy-server/
Still broken in 18.04:
perf: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.24-system.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
