Kai-Heng, this was the first time that I had submitted a bug-report, so I
wasn't aware that I had to collect a bug report number. I now know, I think,
that the ReportNumber is in the URL of the report address, but otherwise I
don't know it.
Would it be buried in a local Apport file. I did look,
I have the same issue too, but cannot confirm it's related to the
interface being down:
