Thanks. It was hard even to run 'SynReflash.exe /Q': I had to install a
touchpad driver/update, or two and then locate the relevant folder. (All

So, running 16.04.1 with 4.4.0-21-generic since October, 22 - fans work just
fine and laptop is more silent in general. Today tried to install exactly the
same kernel - 4.4.0-21-generic in 18.04. Installed ok, but it freezes just
after booting, even in single-user mode, with both nvidia and nouv

understand why I didn't encounter it when testing a couple days ago. For

I have been working upstream to get this fixed on the nvme driver, but
it might still take some time, I already have done a back and forth with

When I upgraded to Ubuntu 18.10 from Ubuntu 18.04, the SD card reader on
my Macbook pro early 2015 13 inch stopped working. It won't show up when
I do lspci. The SD card reader won't show up in gparted or gnome-disk-
utility.
My Kernel version is 4.18.0-1
