Uploaded crash_7.1.4-1ubuntu4 which contains the missing patch.

1. Have a wired xbox controller.
2. Modify the SDL2 testrumble.c so it runs forever. (attached)
3. Build and run it.
4. Kill it with sigkill from another terminal.
Expected result: The program should stop running.
Actual result: Entire computer freezes. Soundc
