Self-tests are implemented in the driver, not in ethtool. Assuming that
this is an in-tree driver, I'm reassigning to linux. If the driver is

I installed the last kernel 4.3.0-040300rc3-generic.
After this installation, the problem has been fixed.
But there is another problem with progress bar.
It seems as paused, then immediately it moves on to normal position.
But anyway

Cloud-init is getting the wrong time because of this error:
[ 14.726283] hctosys: unable to open rtc device (rtc0)
What that means is the RTC_DRV_XGENE kernel config option was changed to
'm', this needs to be built-in in order for the device to be available
for hctosys.

It's working in Ubuntu 15.10!

Getting this error as well on a Dell XPS-13 developer edition (ubuntu
14.04 LTE) with Kernel 4.3.0-rc2 from mainline[1].
Error occurs when I connect an external monitor on DisplayPort with
4k/60hz: Monitor flickers, turns black every five seconds and turns off
completely after two or three minutes
