another valid address again
from 16:d7:b7:eb:83:44 to b6:b7:0d:39:89:b7
I think it would change if you power it off and leave it there for a
while (a couple weeks, I guess)
I don't know when does the BI
I also met the problem. After several minutes, the network can't be
reached. Unplug and plug the network cable can make network work for
another several minutes.

I should have mentioned in my original report that I had duplicated the
issue in x64 Trusty.
I also tried x64 Vivid via the link that you sent and have again
duplicated the issue.
I do not see any difference in behavior in either 64-bit or 32-bit
versions.
Again please let me know
On the only sample I have (the xps 13 9343) either patch gets the job
done. The reason we have both upstream is that they both were sent to
the linux-input list at about the same time, and both got picked up.
There _may_ be cases where one works and the other doesn't, but I'm not
currently aware of
This is most likely a problem with the wl driver, not the kernel. Adding
a bcmwl task and marking the kernel task invalid.
It's not uncommon for dkms modules to fail to build against newer
kernels. The one thing to check is that you installed the linux-headers
package in addition to the linux-imag
This error doesn't appear in 3.13.0-53.60

I managed to install the 4.1.0 rc4 kernel

but building the Broadcom wl module failed, the make.log is attached.
There is no wireless at all on this kernel
