I have tried TRUSTY alpha1, either 3.12.0-6/3.12.0-7, both of them

I don't know if there is any impact on my usage; the error messages are
too cryptic for me to know or imply where to look for resulting
problems. I have no other similar machine, let alone without the errors,
with which to make any comparison. Thus I am not in a position to make
any specific observ
Sorry, the iso won't install. It's stuck at 98% CPU for over an hour at
'cryptsetup', which manually only takes a second... I don't even know if
the installer uses the proper setup, and I don't see a way to do it with
"Something else".

the Fn keys. There is a regression in kernel 3.8.0-22. When using the
latter I am unable to control screen brightness. Hardware is DELL XPS 13

In my case, I am using Saucy exclusively in my laptop. So, I don't need
a backport. But, if this is a widespread problem, maybe is a good idea
for other people that may be suffering it in Precise (although, 14.04 is
getting closer).
I don't have a Precise installation anymore and, given that it is
Brian Gorbe, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
