Unfortunately the issue was due to old hardware. I believe the CPU was
faulty and it caused lot of problem with booting. Even after booting,
the system fails unexpectedly.
I upgraded my hardware recently and didn't have any problem after that.
So, we can mark this as resolved for now.

I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse which works with Precise 12.04 64
bits almost perfectly.
I had to change my motherboard (and HDD), then reinstall Ubuntu Precise 12.04

Hi, I've tested this issue against v3.11rc2 available at
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.11-rc2-saucy/
The issue exists in the newest upstream kernel (v3.11rc2).
