After some days, and a total reinstallation, it finally reconnected again. I
don't know if the connection was slow, or I'd messed something up last time by
trying to start from fresh/default configuration.

I have removed the event but I could see it on Nextcloud calendar.
I will try it with a different calendar and see if I can reproduce it again.
