(uk) translation of kdenlive.pot from SVN and the patch for
kdenlive.desktop.
Messages.sh fails to extract messages in my system so the translation is
only partial (but 100% of the current kdenlive.pot).

After some code rewriting for 20.08 release in July, Kdenlive lost its ability
to have translatable default layout names (see the screenshot attached).
I'm trying to renew this feature with a trivial patch (attached). It does work
somehow (extracts, translates the button labels and actions,
Kdenlive team.
