Dear kdenlive-team,
in my opinion the crossfade is solved very badly in kdenlive!In most
video editors you can do it by dragging the objects over another and I
really miss that feature in kdenlive. There you always have to put the
objects above and beneath another and when you do bigger video proj

AFAIK, overwrite mode is just what it say:
