I propose to fuse Wiki&Manual in a single "Documentation" link, then the
visitor will find Manual|Compile|Meetings.
There are not so many links to have to maintain 2 "menu"

I propose to remove the top links and move "About/Discover" and
"Install/Download" to big links bar.
