Some problems setting up craft

I want to build kdiff3 on windows; the first step is to install the KDE Frameworks. I tried to follow the instructions at https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows, but since I only have MS Visual Studio 2019 preview on my Win 10 machine this didn't initially wor
